Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Services Provided

Mogul provides backend business solutions, including systems, content, software, and web development. The scope of services is defined in project proposals, agreements, or invoices shared with you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
• Ensure all materials shared with Mogul do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms.

4. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms will be defined in your contract or invoice.
• Late payments may result in delayed or suspended service delivery.
• All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• Mogul retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools.
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as agreed in writing.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of Mogul’s intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from misuse of deliverables or third-party services.
• Any business interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other breaches its obligations. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
